Windows Automation - Autohotkey

A colleague of mine showed me Autohotkey, a Windows Automation Tool. He presented how he automated of his order processing job automated within this tool. I was truly fascinated. AHK is free of charge, the community is very helpful, and pressing a hotkey or a hotkey combination the script starts and automatically carries out the programmed job.

I also wanted to do things like this. Not just because it is cool, and steals the show, but it is giving super-human powers. Also, it is making the person look like a "dangerous" person. A person who has advanced skills might cause political stress in the workplace.

Well, I can assure you that I am not this person, I have limited skills, but I have some skills.

I spent though 1000's of hours reading, learning testing and troubleshooting AHK projects and I decided to share my insights with the public. Thus I created a LinkedIn page Automation Developer.

Well it is not a magic wonder, you need to read through and spend time with this to understand and see the capabilities of AHK. I have enlosed projects in the Post session in the Videos, Articles and Images menupoints.
I have created the below most favourite scripts:

• SAPI tells my kid every 10 seconds to ear her lunch.
• The entered text will be read out loud.
• The script reads the clipboard text out loud.
• I stick to the copy-paste actions, but I copy and paste 9 values at the time.
• Article Schema Markup almost automatically generated by AHK.
• A warning message and a warning voice alarms you if you stopped working on your computer.

On the LinkedIn page you can find several new videos automating the documentation of Autosuggest screencuts, auto-downloading webpages' and using those fiels to check on-page information, such as headers, total word count, internal linking information.
